Authors page
Add a contributors directory to your Miyus site with the built-in Authors page template — every author listed automatically, no maintenance.
The Miyus theme ships with a ready-made Authors page template that automatically generates a styled directory of everyone who writes for your publication — you never have to update it by hand.
Add the authors page
To activate this feature, simply link a blank page to the built-in template.
In Ghost Admin, create a New Page.
Provide a title (e.g., "Our Team" or "Authors") and an optional feature image.
Click the icon in the top right to open the Page settings panel.
Scroll to the bottom of the panel and locate the Template dropdown. Select the Authors template.
Click Publish to make the directory live!
What the page shows
- Every author with at least one published post, sorted by post count (most prolific first).
- Each author card pulls from the author's Ghost profile: profile image, location, bio, plus their website and social links across the same 9 networks as the footer.
- The page's feature image (step 2) becomes the hero background at the top of the directory.
To polish the page, fill in each staff profile under Settings → Staff in Ghost Admin — the cards get better the more profile details exist.
Navigation
Set up the Miyus header menu and footer links, and build dropdown sub-menus by prefixing item labels with two dashes in Ghost's Navigation settings.
Contact page
Create a working contact page in Miyus with the built-in Contact template and a free Formspree endpoint — no server or code required.
